Dave Sisson co-wrote this one in 1990 in Washington D.C. with drummer F. Clarke Marty who played in many notable roots and rock acts including New Orleans legends "Dash Rip Rock" as well as surf band "Untamed Youth" (featuring Deke Dickerson).
